A spectacular 3D printed Type S Scout/Courier from Traveller, with a fully-detailed interior: YouTube link

Link to purchase the STL files in the in the info for the video.

Adventurers, same adventurers in zero-G, Vargr, Aslan, Imperial Marines, and more are also available.

This is one of the most impressive Traveller miniatures projects I've ever seen.

Best of all, the Aslan actually have reasonable proportions, not the Mongoose Traveller nonsense.

I like the looks of it in general, though I'd prefer it to have a bit wider footprint, and be a little less tall.

Are there images of the Imperial Marines yet?

Not bad at all.

That is awesome. Unfortunately I don't own a 3D printer and the skills to operate one.

Yes, follow the link in the video description.

When you say "footprint," do you mean hull width or landing gear distance?

I agree that the gear is a lot taller than I'd like.

Sorry for the poor, and confusing choice of words.

I was talking about the beam of the vessel.

I know the original design was a bit too flat to realistically have an interior tall enough for humans, so I can see why they made it deeper.

However, I was toying with various length, but mainly height to width ratios when planning to make a model from scratch, and mine came in somewher in the middle between the original drawings of this, and the deeper model produced as a 3D rendering.

Ah, finally saw the Imperial troopers, and they look nice.

I hope someone will offer them for sale, printed, as a final product, once they are available.

2nd Dynasty has a lot of good designs. I have their hard SF, rather Quixotic, space craft model, and the design is amazing. Unfortunately I haven't had time to print out everything yet.

I went ahead and backed this; my first kickstarter I've participated in! I'm really looking forward to printing this out when it's released.
