Which software do you prefer to use for miniature gaming via the internet?

I added the Roll20 dice app to my phone, and it is nice for use while out and about, when doing some scenario and/or rules development.

Recommended.

Not sure I'd actually use it when gaming with others, but it will also be useful for solo play.
