You were asked – TMP link

On a scale of 0 (not a tinkerer) to 10 (I'm always changing things!), how often do you change the rules of the miniature games you play?

Average result: 4.094

So some us are little tinkers.

I would love to see the follow up question, "Why do you tinker with rules?"

Adding units/situations not included in rules
Rules incomprehensible at points
Rules obviously wrong at points
Removing author's bias
Adding our own bias
Playing bigger games than the rules are designed for
Streamlining play
Adding detail
Want to keep a particular facet of previous rules set
Can't help myself
