I read an article about the lead singer of Iron Maiden that said he became a pilot on a Boeing 757 and would fly the band around to their gigs. He said that when the rest of the band was out partying after the show, he would have to go to sleep so he would be well rested and sober for his next days flight.

I once had a poster of Aces High in my dorm room.

Ed Force One, as used in the Book of Souls tour, was a 747-400 and, yes, Bruce Dickinson was one of the pilots on the tour.

Didn't they interrupt that tour to fly people out of some disaster zone, on that plane?

How cool would that be, being saved by "flight 666".
