Very interesting and (fictionally) appears in the last of the books about Uhtred by Bernard Cornwell (I think). |

Read about these efforts in Medieval Warfare. Very interesting work. I believe an Osprey is either out or coming out on the battle. |

Definitely Wirral peninsula… Cause that is where I fought it at Nashcon 3 years ago! Livingston's book… btw… Buy it! Buy it now! It is a monumental effort to collect all historical references to this battle. Very well done. Joe Collins |
