Can someone identify this 28mm miniature? It was produced in memory of a fellow war-gamer within the last five years. The person was American.

Looks a bit like a young Jackie Fisher.

It was a gamer whose father was one of the Knights of Columbus, that is what the figure represents, l cannot recall his name but searching on here for KoC might bring it up.
