Good morning all , Please which manufacturer offers heads in U.S. M1 helmets without nets for 28 mm miniatures? Thank you |
14Bore | 25 Jun 2021 1:58 a.m. PST |
Or if you want to do movies, heads with just liners and no steel shell. |
Artilleryman | 25 Jun 2021 3:20 a.m. PST |
Try West Wind. The heads can be a bit 'quirky' but are useful. link |

Spellcrow does these; they're for 40k, so they might be a bit big for some 28mm figures: link The M1 is surprisingly tricky to sculpt right. The other thing to do would be to get Warlord plastic sprues, each of which come with 5 or so heads. |

I think Perry Miniatures does these in plastic |

14Bore, that would be the ideal. Artilleryman, the photo of them on the West Wind website mounts them with a net, it's the opposite I'm looking for. Jeff Ewing, there are no pictures of them on the Spellcrow website TheNorthernFront, I asked them … Thank everyone. |

There are plain helmets on the Warlord US infantry sprue, you can ask for spare one on the various forums. |

Sorry Paskal, I pasted the wrong link. A real case of RTFL. link These should be plain helmets. |

Thank you Artilleryman, great! Thanks also to Londonplod. |
