Whenever using CA glue, I have to put on a good respirator. No clue how to rate that overall. |

As far as I know, I am only allergic to pollens (but to quite a lot of them), not to anything involved in wargaming. If I am having a bad allergy day, I don't feel like painting or gaming (or doing much of anything -- I can really turn into a grumpy old man). However, since moving to the San Francisco area 30 years ago, I haven't had many bad allergy days. So, net effect of allergies on my wargaming is (extremely low frequency) x (moderate to high intensity) = probably about 2 on a scale of 10. |

I can confirm it's hard, to impossible, to paint well when my hayfever goes into beast mode. Between the itchy watery eyes, runny nose and slight feeling out of body experience it's just to difficulty to concentrate on painting. So on high pollen days about 8-10. |

I think that I'm allergic to enamel paint. It just gives me a really bad headache. So I got rid of all my Humbrol enamels decades ago. I use a respirator when using enamel spray paint and only use it outside or in the garage. I then let it outgas for a few days before I will attempt to paint what I sprayed. So I'm going to say a 1 out of 10 – I can avoid the problem. |

Since I don't play nearly often enough, I've concluded that I'm allergic to lead. |
