All, As previously mentioned, I've been painting my butt off the past 18 months, knocking out a ton of projects. Fresh on the heels of completing my 24-fight campaign in Vietnam (you can find the start here: link) I immediately set about getting things ready for the second tour of duty, so this post catalogs all the stuff I've built, painted, based, and bought. Yeah, there's some stuff in here that I actually didn't paint myself, I bought painted.
I got some Hatchet Force indigenous personnel from my buddy Jimmi at Flashpoint Minis…
I got some cool dudes (US Advisors pictured here) from Martin at Peter Pig…
I finally got me a CH-34…
I got some CH-46s to make my buddy Thomaston happy…
I even got my jarheads some CAS. To see a bunch more pics of these minis, plus a bunch more stuff not pictured here, please check the blog at: link And that's that, everything is ready for my "Two Brothers" second tour. I've got several more WWII projects completed that I'll be posting soon. V/R, Jack |

Nice collection. What scale are the CH series helicopters? |

Thanks 79th, and everything is 1/100 scale. V/R, Jack |

Jack, love the HUS or Sea Horse and the Phrogs or Sea Knights were a must! You had no choice in adding the choppers, even if you never use them in a scenario. You just have to have 'em! The new figs look great. Seems like the second tour is also going to be a beaut. Great idea bringing Hamchuk into future scenarios. Keep us updated on your WWII projects as well. Those Marines were wonderful! Semper Fi! Sam |

The Battlefront Miniatures NAM series has the 1/100 scale ACAVs, M-48s, Sheridans as well as the LVTP-5s and Ontos. They also have the Skyraider and Skyhawks in the same scale . Only drawback is that they are a bit expensive . |

Semper Fidelis, Sam, and I don't know if I'll actually use Hamchuk in a scenario, but I thought it was funny to type that in there ;) About to post more WWII stuff now. Martin – Yes Sir, they absolutely are! And if you follow the link, you'll see I've got quite a few of the Mountain Tribe figures as well. Lascaris – Sorry about that. Here's a link to the first batrep on my blog: link Or you can take a look here on TMP: TMP link My campaign is all of the "Two Brothers"-labelled posts. Roger – Yes Sir. The Skyhawk I posted is actually from Battlefront, and I've got an M-48 and two LVTP-5s from Peter Pig. Heck, I've even got some M-113s from Old Glory around here somewhere. You can see some of it here: link V/R, Jack |
