I didn't even know that they made them.

I have simply loved the sequences of 1/144 AFVs you have shown today. I said genius for some

Some reservations here however. The turret looks so bare without a 50 calibre ring (OK many did not carry them and Lease Lend for sure did not). But then you need, instead, all kinds of kit stowed around the turret. No markings on the skirts anywhere. The overall effect is a lack of any detail.

Forgive negative feedback, if I say the rest of your postings have been inspiring.

No problem, constructive criticism is always welcome. I agree they are kind of naked. This is one I painted a week or so ago, a captured M8 based on a real photo that has a bunch of stowage.

That is how I see any M8 or M20. What great painting in any scale, let alone 1/144

Be honest. The US M8s look like toys from a kids' store. Nothing like the Panthers, Stugs, M4 you showed us.

The turrets don't turn either. Revells Shermans and trucks from the same kit are much better. Their M8s are not very good but I have them so I build and paint them. Here is the truck that comes in the kit.

Hard to believe that that Deuce and a Half is 1/144 scale. Your highlighting makes the detail just "pop out".
