We played this scenario a while back and I never got around to posting it. So here it is. My Flickr link.

That should say "Battle of Cowpens Photos Posted." I wish we could edit titles.

Dear Old. (Can I call you by your first name?)

Hit the complaint button. [!]
Just explain how you want to change the title.

Very nice. The only thing I'd suggest for such a fine looking game is getting some winter trees for you setups. I know, people make fun of me for saying things like that, but such an outstanding game would benefit even more. They come in handy for a number of AWI battles such as GCH, Whitemarsh, etc. Thanks for sharing.

History Gamer,

Take a look at my Princeton and Trenton games. I didn't have any winter trees at the time we did Cowpens. Now I have loads of winter terrain. I also started covering my Geo-Hex. It is a bit of a chore but it looks better to me. I think we did Cowpens six or seven years ago. Learned a lot since then. Time for a re-do.

John you can call me Old or Mr. Contemptible. Either one is accurate. Thanks for the tip.

Just a comment.
Making people work to find information, instead of offering it up with pictures doesn't help.
Heading full of info- which I'd bet 99% of viewers wont even open etc. but then has little reference to the actual game, well…
Yes I do realise it's a compromise not having a blog environment to use, but your views will likely suffer from the additional work to do so.
cheers d

The pictures speak for themselves. On some photos I have added a description. If you scroll down. This game was played in 2008. So I don't remember all the details. I also posted this on the 18th cent. gallery board.

There are plenty of people on TMP who don't have any idea about AWI battles. So I try to teach a little history to put the battle into context. In addition people on Flickr who follow me or casually surf may not know anything about the battle. What additional work are you talking about?

The Cowpens game was back in 2008. The Trenton and Princeton games are more recent. The Trenton game has descriptions when I thought it was necessary. I remain, the photos speak for themselves. I take a lot of photos especially if I am the GM. If I am playing like in the Cowpens game I don't take as many. My Trenton and Princeton games I was the GM and I took a lot of photographs. I don't comment on every single one of them.
