HELP! My 28mm WW2 British squad lost their Bren gunner and needs a replacement. I hate to buy a whole expensive pack just to get one figure.

So I'm reaching out – does anyone know where I can buy a single Bren gunner or would sell me one of their loose minis?

I can use pretty much anything – painted/unpainted, any pose, plastic/metal, any theater uniform, etc, as long as it is 28mm.

Due to prohibitive shipping costs, USA only, please.

Thank you.

Hi, I really think you may be better just 'Biting the Bullet' and getting a sprue of a plastic set, possibly from E-Bay?

Bravo Two Zero17 Jun 2021 4:38 p.m. PST

or you hold tight while Bravo gets his account verified.

I have about 50 some odd Warlord plastics still on the sprue. I could chop off a guy and a Bren for you.

would that work?

I have had someone help me in the past so this is closing the circle.

Have a look at that link and tell me which body, Head, and helmet type you want. I think I have beret heads as well if that was one you need. I guess you email your address to jchenry (numbers) four seven two at live dot com. with the specs.

Cheerio ya mad bloke. Ya think me all sixes and sevens for just giving a tommy away!! That was a sad attempt.

BRAVO,

Thank you so much for your kind offer. I would be happy with ANY pose/kit/head, etc, so I'll let you part with whatever you like. Thank you again for your generousity.

Got your addy copied down and got your Bren Gunner clipped off. helmet has the camo pieces on the netting-which is the coolest ones. It is not packed yet as I ask if a kneeling body is fine. for the platoon I made I have used all the Brens for them I needed so this was nothing off my back. I seemed to have a few more of the kneeling bodies. Got you a backpack and canteen to go in there. Now the warlord Brit plastics have the weapons separate. I did a compare and the arms are ones I used on mine in the "at rest" position with gun held in both hands. He will be out in the mail early tomorrow. so hope you have him by Wednesday. Painted on and returned to ranks by Friday. so if you have a game on the weekend you should be good to go. The Bren is also very slender and brittle. If you find it on eBay the Brit weapons sprue is a good thing to have. There is a PIAT in there as well. Sorry to ramble but got nothing much to do with it being this hot out JH

Again, I'm not particular as to posing, or any other factor – just grateful for ANY Bren gunner.

Thank you again!
