Eager to use the newly painted LIR legionnaires and auxilia, Constantius II crossed the frontier into Armenia to contest the Persian regime change in that kingdom. Together with allies from the royal houses, Rome confronted the Persians ready for battle.

Another great DBA AAR with beautiful figures and terrain. Lots of lovely shields and banners certainly add pizazz! You have a very nice new collection there. Impressive that you completed a triple sized game in 100 minutes.

Durban Gamer,
Glad you enjoyed the report and photos.
I actually found the game long with victory being reached in five turns.

Then realised I just finished 48 test games during the past two months,
most taking four turns to reach a decision.

You made those Old Glory 15's look great! Report was enjoyable as well. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the kind words.
Old Glory make up the bulk of my ancient, medieval and gunpowder collections.
The metal composition is fine for simple conversions or animating poses.
