The link below is to a Youtube video prepared by Nate "Gimpy Gamer" . His channel has primarily focused on boardgames but we invited him to our recent May mini convention in Cary, NC. We ran a 40mm Napoleonic and 28mm ACW CG game on Friday night and Nate took extensive video and spent 45 minutes interviewing me about the CG system. I hope I explained the basics of the system clearly. YouTube link He expects to post a second video dealing with the other non CG games that were played on Saturday. |

Wondering what base size are you and the author using for 40mm and 28mm when using the Carnage and Glory system? |

For both AWI and Napoleonic 40mm 6 figure infantry, 50mm(w)x45mm(d), 4 figure infantry 35x45. Napoleonic cavalry 40mm 3 figure 80mmx60mm, 2 figure cavalry 50mmx60mm. 28mm 6 figure infantry 45mmx45mm, 4 figure 30mmx45mm, 2 figure cavalry 50mmx50mm. For the AWI I use a 1"=15 paces ground scale and 1:10 figure ratio. For Napoleonic's 1"=25 paces and 1:30 figure ratio. Hope that helps. |

Seems like my current mounting for 28mm Naps of 4 infantry, or 2 cavalry, on a 50mmx50mm is fairly similar, and hopefully workable for Carnage and Glory. |
