Interesting Russian website with info on flags/banners carried by the various cossack hosts over the centuries: link

It's all post-Napoleonic, but nice article.

If you actually read a translation of the site, you will see it isn't all post Napoleonic – you do really need to dig into the post.

The first section has:
Donskoy (Don) cossacks from 1640 onwards -;
Baikal cossacks from 1728 onwards;
Kuban (covers the black sea cossacks) from 1728 onwards;
Orenburg cossacks from 1755 onwards;
Siberian cossacks from 1690 onwards;
Ural cossacks from 1760 onwards; and
Guard cossacks from 1799 onwards.

Further down the page the regiments of the various hosts are listed – much of the detail relates to post Napoleonic but for example in the section entitled Don it has references to awarding of specific banners to some regiments in Napoleonic times (though in a number of cases the actual receipt of the banner was post the Napoleonic Wars), etc.
