Very imagi-nation. More of an excuse to paint up a bunch of fun unit types. I used link for the army list (Burmese "allies" rolled into the regular army), and cross referenced with my DBA3 rulebook to make it viable for use with both Triumph and DBA. With some matching Koreans and Japanese I'll have a nice little thematic travel kit! Unsurprisingly figures at this scale are slim pickings, so I "kit bashed" some across some crazy ranges to get some asian style heavy infantry and pavisiers. Including EIR, modern riflemen, and renaissance lancers. Was probably no more than a couple hours total, but I still felt like it was a bit tedious! I think I'm definitely going to stick closer to "get something on the table" moving forward. Will be making more judicious use of spray paints, washes, and maybe even paint after basing next time. link link link link ^ Crossbow pavisiers! link link link ^ I was surprised to find no 3mm horse bow at all anywhere… link |

Looks wonderful. Detail is amazing. I don't think I could paint anything that small anymore, wish I could. I gave up on 6mm as well. 15mm to 28mm. That's what you get when you turn 65. HA HA. Bob |

I'm always intrigued by what people come up with in these micro scales. |
