We made a video showing the basic features of our homebrew swashbuckler melee rules, "Swordplay." I'll be running this at conventions in 2021 and may publish them soon.

Hope you enjoy it!

Very interesting, as it keeps everyone involved.

Is this a different game than TwoHourWargames' Swordplay?

Yes. My version is completely original and not even derived from another game system. The Wargames Tonight version takes about an hour or less and is for historical or perhaps 'cinematic' skirmishes and although it can be played with just 1 miniature per player it will be common to have a 3 to 12 per side. Although there is some die rolling in the WT version our guessing mechanic means players win by outwitting and outguessing opponents and it also means the game really can't be played solo.

I looked at the 2 Hour WG offering (it's free a free pdf). My game is not even remotely close to theirs.
