Can anyone recommend the best source of 28mm German infantry for the period 1943-44. I want figures with gaiters and four pocket tunics rather than wearing smocks or Zeltbahns. Any suggestions?

"Best" is always subjective, but the Warlord plastic set is late war with tunics – sadly it doesn't look like they sell the box of 30 anymore, but they do sell sprues: link

You might be able to pick them up on EBay or from other retailers.
