What is the largest, in scale, single miniature you own?

picture

I am pretty sure mine is this guy, a conversion made from a 16" Transformers toy, intended to work with 28mm. In scale that makes him a nudge above 22m tall, which I believe tops out just bigger than my MechWarrior/BattleTech mecha (a couple inches tall at ~1:285), but not by much.

I suppose this is an effect of genre, so my largest modern/near future is this pseudo C-119 conversion (from a cheap toy, again):

So … whaddaya got? Napoleon on a horse? A really tall hobbit?

Thresher0111 May 2021 7:49 p.m. PST

1/6th scale figs and a vehicle.

The toy At-At is bigger though, at about 30" (?) tall and long.

Like Thresher01 I have a 21st Century Toys M5 Stuart light tank and a White Scout Car in 1/6th scale, GI Joe size.

In 1/72nd scale I have a WWII Berlin Flak Tower that's larger than a microwave oven.

I am also working on the Reichstag in HO scale.

Aside from vehicles and terrain, my largest fig is a 75mm French Napoleonic Carabinier officer

I have a 25mm castle. NC1717 posted photos from a skirmish game a few years ago.

Though not quite as large, he also has posted photos of TSATF games that feature my colonial terrain pieces and gunboats.

Mine would be an Armorcast Great Gargant.

Moonbeast12 May 2021 11:16 a.m. PST

Mine would be a scratch built Mega Gargant for my orks. The body with head stands at 3' 3" tall. It's not completed yet. GW's current 40K rules killed my mojo to finish it.:(

Godzilla

Specifically this one:

It's more or less in scale for Ogre/GEV, if you go by the early movie Godzillas. Got mine from Target.

Haven't gamed with it yet, but it's on my bucket list.

Oberlindes Sol LIC Supporting Member of TMP12 May 2021 6:25 p.m. PST

Well, if we're measuring our Godzillas, mine is a solid 12 inches standing up straight.

Stryderg Supporting Member of TMP13 May 2021 9:58 a.m. PST

I'll see your Godzilla and raise you a Leman Russ tank (ok, that's probably not really a raise, but it could lead to a raze).

How tall does my Godzilla stand? That's kind of personal, isn't it?

Thanks. It's SEMBO as Cherry Pie Angel.

How tall does my Godzilla stand?

My kaiju are in the 6"-9" range for use with 1:144 and 6mm figures. They are more sized to terrain than scaled to a specific monster size (which, of course, has a lot of variability in it). They are also the size kaiju I can find cheap. That still keeps them smaller than the big mecha in the OP.
