Interesting, my daughter's ex was with 10th Mountain in Afghanistan as he was an E-6 when he left the army and a sniper. Never talked very much about his time there but it did effect him greatly.

Yes there was a lot of that. I have seen 2 studies looking at the divorce rate of army officers since the war on terror began. Shocking rates of divorce; assume it is the same in the NCO ranks as well.
