My two conniving hounds, Bella the Brain and Augie the Brawn executed a diabolical plan of escape from my car whilst in the parking lot of my local grocery store. Click the link to my blog to read the full story of dogs outsmarting man:

Beautiful dogs. Great story. Sounds like typical hound behavior. Glad to hear it ended well enough. Cheers! |

They're Labs, of course they'e smarter than us. Reminds me of my two Labs, just like yours, a Black and a Yellow. With Labs I feel convinced that the main reason they act so goofy is because they know that we find it entertaining and they really want to please us. |

I read an article once that said that people who own dogs spend 5% of their conscious time paying attention to them. Dogs spend 90%. It was on the internet! It has to be true! |

I read an article once that said that people who own dogs spend 5% of their conscious time paying attention to them. That is probably some of the best of their conscious time. |

Best walk ever! The dogs were taking care of their humans. They knew that a stroll in the woods wasn't quite enough, and wanted to help them get in some interval cardio. Be sure to thank your dogs! |

Bella the Brain is a 9-month old Golden Retriever puppy and Augie the Doggie ( The Brawn) is a big powerful black Lab mix that we rescued from the animal shelter. Augie can jump / climb over a,six foot high fence. |
