All the OBs I've seen show that the Cuirassiers where one regiment brigades. If a Brigade of Cavalry is a ME that means that regiments must charge individually. Due to wastage the French Cuirassiers Reg'ts were down to 4 Figs apiece which is pretty weak to achieve a victory. Is the answer to use the optional 'Wave' attack rule for the three regiments that made up the Division. Surely you cannot consolidate the Division into a single 12 Fig 'regiment'

A brigade is a brigade is a brigade; unless you come up with some sort of house rule only a brigade can activate at one time no matter the size. And wave attacks also only apply to same brigade. The Russian opposition will also be small due to the casualties they have accrued during the campaign. On the bright side, if a regiment loses an engagement their are no other units in the brigade to lose the initiative due to the loss. The next regiment/brigade can still attack.
