I share pictures of some simple 30mm "Horse & Musket" figures I have modeled with FIMO.

Uniforms are from the Civil Wars in Argentina circa 1840

Great work.

Lovely.
They remind me of the proto-cubist style Hugo Pratt used in his great Corto Maltese comics.
Simple abstract shapes without details, great sculptural proportions and dynamic liveliness.

And it also reminds me of a 'catch' made in 2013 by Tango01.[1]
Plasticine Napoleonic soldiers presented to you on Theminiaturespage by Tango01!

Thank you Tango01!

Someone should tell him that he is well remembered, his name was pronounced three times and so he is obliged to appear.

'Tango' by the way is the eighth title of Hugo Pratt's Corto Maltese narrative which takes place in Argentine.
Where Corto meets among others, none other than the infamous Butch Cassidy!

Good stuff – Peter Dennis (the artist) published a guide to doing just this in a magazine in the 90s (80s?) and Tony Barton uses Fimo to sculpt his masters – versatile material it seems!

Incredible work with FIMO.

Great stuff.

Thank you very much to all for your kind and encouraging comments.

Green Tiger: It was thanks to Peter Dennisīs article in WI I learned about this wonderful material. About a year ago he shared it in his FB page.

This is another great article for those interested in making model soldiers with FIMO. link

Arjuna: Thanks, I know and truly admire the works of Sergei Kiselev and Nicolai Semibratov.

As I mentioned above, Peter Dennis posted in Facebook, the article he wrote for Wargames Illustrated magazine about modelling with FIMO.
