quick question do the To The Strongest King and Parliment rules cover any aspect of the Thirty Years War? |

Not explicitly. I'm pretty sure the authors are thinking about what wold be needed to extend the rules the the TYW, but nothing official yet.
Not knowing much about the TYW I would assume that you could easily do much of the later part of the Thirty Years War, but you would need to construct your own lists. |
