I've seen vids of people trying garum and they say it's OK, and nothing like you'd think given its composition. |

Worcestershire Sauce is actually made from fermented anchovies. It can't be far off Garum. |

I went and got some Colatura di alici (anchovy drippings) from the local Italian store and made Parthian Chicken. I've made it 3 times now. Very nice! JohnG |
