You know whom I'm talking about— that actor, who for some reason you can't fathom, gets top-bill, leading, box-office roles without having the ability to emote believably in so much as a school play about vegetables. But there he is, in role after role, over and over again, like he's made some sort of demonic deal to always be on the screen.

Let the nominations begin, with a few to start it all off (in alphabetical order by last name):

Nicholas Cage
Kevin Costner
Tom Cruise
Jamie Foxx
Dwayne Johnson
Keanu Reeves
Ryan Reynolds
Arnold Schwarzenegger

Add yours, too!

I've got to go with all of these guys. Thank goodness for Tom Hanks.

If you've got Arnie, then you have to have Sylvester Stallone. It sounds like he's talking with a mouth full of cotton wool as well as the above criteria.

Nicholas Cage, of course.
Stop. That's the winner.

Brad Pitt

Nope, Keanu IS the clear favorite from that list.

Nicholas is a strong second though too.

What about Russel Crowe!

Can you name some of his films?

Fat man with calculator
Fat man on a ship
Fat man going to the train station
Fat man in sandals

Dwayne Johnson is an actor?

Tom Cruise, Nicholas Cage and Keanu Reeves can at least act, even if you don't like their acting style, opinions or personality.

Thresher0106 Apr 2021 4:13 a.m. PST

Keanu can read/say script lines, but can't really "act".

I'm with Tortorella, Tom Hanks is definitely in there but no-one can hold a candle to Nicholas Cage for bad acting.

Micky Rourke is way up there too IMHO

its amazing he is still acting, or what passes for it.

russell crowe may not be liked personally but how can you not love master and commander?

Nic Cage!

LorenzoMele06 Apr 2021 1:01 p.m. PST

My vote is for the actor that was an important model for many actors listed: Victor Mature.

RudyNelson06 Apr 2021 6:14 p.m. PST

I really think it depends on what you expect from them. Nic Cage has had a few good roles so is not the worst. You cannot include over age actors who were good in their prime but not now.
The worst of your list may be K Reeves. Brings nothing to the role or character development.

Wait….Mickey Rouke is an actor?!?!
