The Combined Fleet part of the Trafalgar collection of models is complete with the addition of the final Spanish first-rate designed to represent the Rayo of 100-guns.

By no means a perfect representation of this rather unique ship, the decision to add the generic Warlord Spanish first-rate makes other games with a large Spanish contingent of these types of ship very doable.
