"The 7.5-cm Pak 40 was the most important German anti-tank gun in the Second World War. In this video we will take a closer look at the gun itself, some principles on employment of the gun, its capabilities and limitations as well. For this we look at the gun of the Panzermuseum Munster in Germany and also primary sources namely German Army Regulations, where it is actually called Panzerjägerkanone 40 not Panzerabwehrkanone (Pak) 40."

Well I will start some discussion to save a useful link from the "four hour rule".

Would I rather be hit by a 75 from a Pak 40, or an 88 from a massive tall flak gun? I suspect both would ruin my day, but I might hope to spot the latter more easily. Everyone forgets the 88 in its later, lower A/T variants of course.

This is a nice find. But why not add one line of your own commentary? I tell you so often, in PMs, how much many of us value your input. This I would never find in this much vaunted "Links Directory". But learn to "play the game" and compromise. Add that line or two, even if it reduces the number of posts, credit the source, meet the opposition half way!

That was a very good discussion not only on the PaK 40, but the composition of the crews, towing vehicles and the inclussion of an MG42 wtih each gun (I didn't know that). Also of interest was the doctrinal deployment information. Thanks for sharing the video… I didn't know of them as a source (unitl now) and now I've subscribed.
