Small, but then IIRC correctly the guts of the original 'firing' prop was a Thompson SMG and shotgun for the GL.

Seeing as such shootings are exceedingly rare, I doubt there's much danger from a sci-fi gun.

I am kinda surprised no one has produced a working model. That said I'm sure licensing is the most likely cause.

Interesting that from the video it doesn't seem to make all that much noise. I guess they dubbed in new sound for the ones they used in the movies.
