VMC Brown Violet for the deepest recesses followed by VMC Khaki for the basecoat and VPA US Tankcrew Highlight for highlights. |

VMC don't make Brown Violet anymore. You can still get it in their model air range. It brush paints on fine. Just need a couple of coats. |

The colour is still available but the name has changed Vallejo Model Color 887 US Olive Drab (ex Brown Violet) |
