Some years ago I bought 5mm thick wooden bases suited to impetus 15mm size recommendations. They came with pre-cut, peel off magnet strips. Anyone know who the manufacturer might be? I've tried warbases.co.uk, and a couple of others, but while all very helpful, didn't have what I was looking for. I've got two, half completed armies and don't want differences in height etc, and other wooden bases seem to be 3mm thick as standard. Thanks in advance for any help. Chris |

Have you checked industrial supply stores like MSCdirect? They have self adhesive magnet tape in all lengths and thicknesses. |

Littko Agree w/ Ran the Cid. I buy heating and A/C vent covers. Magnatized on one side. Gorilla Glue the white side and it done. Easy to cut to size and shape you require and inexpensive. In US Lowes or Home Depot should have it. H |

Big PS. You can use 3mm and just cut and glue two magnatized bases to bring you up to 5mm. H |

I will also recommend Shogun miniatures. I have ordered thousands of Shogun Miniatures' magnetic stands in the last few years and have never been disappointed. |
