I find myself with some open top self propelled Arty/ Tank Destroyers that I need crew for and am looking for 28mm recommendations.

I need German crew for a Grille (late war Western Front), British crew for an Archer (late war Western Front), and Japanese crew for a Ho-Ni I Tank Destroyer.

Any recommendations?

For the Germans, I would go with JTFM's crew for the 15cm gun: link

Not sure about the others -- I usually go with mortar crews, which you can pick up for not too much per pack.
