Clearly the men are enamored with Fred from Scooby Doo, as they are all wearing ascots. Who knew?

And why aren't the Ensigns wearing gaiters or boots? And why are the officers in lace when the only known portraits of 60th officers shows no lace at all?

First rate painting, but ditch the brown gaiters.

The fault here is with another ill-informed sculptor. :-(
