I am looking for a good range of 15mm which are actually 18mm medieval miniatures. I want to among other things be able to match them with some of my 15mm (which are actually 18mm) fantasy ranges. I have a few which are much to small to match, and was wondering which ranges I should look at. Also interested in any ranges which are 18mm that are either darkages, or classical as in greek or roman |

Khurasan makes a bunch that are on the larger size, including 11th C, 13th C, 14th C & later 15th C as well. Damon. |

Xyston (classical period) are advertised as 15mm, but tend to be on the larger size…their Republican Romans are definitely 18mm. scotiagrendel.com/Xyston AB Miniatures Republican Romans, Sassanids and Hoplite Greeks are 18mm as well. abfigures.com/17-ancients-18mm Old Glory/Blue Moon used to call their figures 18mm, but are not calling them 15mm. The ones I've seen I'd call around 17mm. Their ancients range includes Republican Romans, Gallic, early German, Dacians and Imperial Romans. They also have a Crusades range. link Khurasan seem to vary by range since they use different sculptors to do different ranges, but their medieval 14th Century range are described as "larger 15mm" and tower over my 15mm Essex. I can't speak for their 13th or 15th Century ranges, since some seem large, but others seem to mix reasonably well. I'd say the same for Museum Miniatures…size varies by range although all are sold as 15mm. |

The Museum Hussites are certainly very large – they wouldn't mix with the other half-dozen ranges I used. The Khurasan late 14th range is very large. The 13th century range (from the few I have) is quite large but not as big. I found Blue Moon foot to be larger than most ranges but the cavalry is less so. Their Italian Wars range could also fit into a Fantasy setting. |

Medieval ranges from ~900 to 1500? if Im not mistaken, will consider any, just want to know which are 18mm or close to 18, instead of true 15mm. I want miniatures to match my 15/18 which is really 18mm stuff, mostly doing fantasy right now, as my kids ( and Im a big kid also) are more interested in fantasy, but want to be able to double later to do historical also. Historically, I like the Crusades period, but 100year/Roses would be fun also. I just dont want the little 15's such as Essex which is to small for me. |

Old Glory, are you with OldGlory/Blue Moon? if so, do most the 15 ranges run closer to 18mm? |

So Old Glory, Do the Blue moon Horror and Crusader and Dacians lines run 17mm also then? Hoping! Miniatures are like Guns. I need more guns like I need another hole in my head, Probably going to have to order some of these, as somehow I don't have any Blue Moon. |
