Footsore is having a 20% off sale for most stuff for orders over $100 USD, so I put an order in Sunday for over $100 USD of stuff that was on the sale list. Shopping card system did NOT credit the sale discount and charged me full for the stuff that was listed on sale. So far they have not responded to emails to multiple addresses on this.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Sorry – I am reading it – spend 100 pounds not dollars.

That might be the problem

On the North America/USA site, from which I ordered it says $100 USD rather than 100 pounds.

Yes I see $100 USD as well

OK, I got it figured out. Somewhere I read on the site that the sale does not apply to LBM shield stuff, and a few other things. So I made the assumption that everything else WAS on sale.

No. My bad.

The sale only applies to "400+ items", in which some of what I opted for was not listed. Ergo, my stuff from the 400+ list did not add up to $100. USD You have to choose from that list and surpass $100 USD to get the discount.

Nice $39 USD assumption there on my part.

Hello! Tim From Footsore North America here. Yes we have been running this sale on all Footsore products probably since October :) This does NOT APPLY to products that Footsore does NOT produce.

So the sale is if you spend $100 USD on Footsore products you get 20% off.

I also sent you an email :)

Indeed, Tim contacted me and very sportingly offered me the discount. Lesson to me on reading carefully, and an excellent example of customer relations. Ended up ordering more. :)

Very Interesting. I was on the website last night and did not boost up my order because the notice I saw said the 20% off on a $100.00 USD order ended January 1, 2021 (just double checked, and that is what it states).

Otherwise, I would have ordered more!. Oh well. Love their minis, and their rules "Barons War". Really fantastic.

Even more interesting. The notice stating the discount ends on my 1/1/21 appears when I access the website on my phone, but not when I access it on my computer using Microsoft Edge. Fascinating.

Wait!
Footsore has a US operation?
Who knew?
OK, I have to see if I can place an order with them later this spring.

That's great. I'm thinking about some Skraelings for a Hyborian Age project.
