15mm and 28mm Fanatik

Came across these video-game cinematic batreps of a "what if?" conflict between the Imperium of Mankind and Republic Clone Troopers from VxV Tactics. Could provide some interesting 40K/SW Legion mash-up tabletop games with a few house rules and tweaks. So which rules should take precedence, 40K or Legion? None of the above?
