If you're a real cheap bastard like me, just pick-up a half round chunk of styrofoam, put some double sided tape on the flat side stick it where ever you like and just jab the brushes in, (not the end with the bristles you dope, the other end). Easy peazy for about $1.98 USD or less. Had my last one for about 5 years before I felt a need to replace it

Same thing, potato, potatoes. Worked well either way and cheap!
