There was a tv show about a fort, some chaps in red coats and wigs and an Indian hero. I believe the show shared his name. 80s-90s. Probably french indian wars? Black hawk, Gray shadow, or similar. Any help appreciated.

The pathfinder? *** As the French and Indian Wars rage on, Hawkeye (Kevin Dillon) and those he cares about get caught up along with it. Glengarry5 LMAO….never seen nor heard of the series but I want to find it after reading the description. Black Adder meets F-Troop…how is that not a hook?

Thanks all. No, it wasn't a comedy. Looks like based on the leather stocking novels, with several films and TV adaptations. 94-95 TV show, Hawkeye, looks like it. It's about the right time. It was on late (9-10ish) at night. Definitely a series. Swamp fox looks interesting.
