How can you have a Colonial Adventure without a Naval Brigade?

The continuing chronical of my design of a fictional Anglo-Russian War circa early 20th Century using The Men Who Would be Kings: An Imperial Russian Naval Brigade.

Excellent looking unit! A great addition to the Russian forces. Any thoughts on a Russian Gatling gun? Askari Minis makes a beautiful Russian Gatling Gun. Just because they are stuck far inland doesn't mean they couldn't drag their support weapon with them.
