I just received my "Airfix box" of BRS, and I'm quite enthused about getting the 1/72 models to the workbench and then giving the game a go. Reading the rules included in the "Airfix box", I do have one question for which I couldn't find an answer either by Google hit, search in the Warlord Forum, or on Boardgame Geek. Hoping someone here knows the answer:

When a Shooting Hit occurs it scores a Boom chit, plus it causes the target to lose an advantage level unless it dodges – which dodge will be harder if the hit was a Critical hit (all this from p.8-9). So far so good. But in the section on "Winning the Game" on p. 11 when discussing Boom chits, it make reference to a Critical Dodge (one which scores 2+ successes) which apparently saves the Boom chit as well as the Disadvantage.

Is this the correct interpretation? Is there such a thing as a Critical Dodge?

Critical Dodge is an optional rule which came in with the 'airstrike' supplement.
