Just did a few comparison shots of Warlord Games' Epic Scale ACW with some of Stone Mountain Miniature 15mm resin scenery and accessories.

They match up surprisingly well. Looks like the Epic Scale turns out to be about "13.5mm" or so because they are the perfect height for the doorways and tents in 15mm.

Also, I was somewhat worried that the 15mm stone walls would end up being too tall for Epic scale. But as you can see here the soldiers are about waist high or close to it up against the walls, so they are quite compatible.
