Given that "French cuisine" was introduced to the French court by Catherine de Medici a British victory in the 100yrs war would not have improved the situation :-)

I suspect the centre of gravity of a combined England-France kingdom would have been France so all that would have happened is that the Plantagenets would have replaced the Valois but soon would have been more French than the French.

Longer term, maybe we still have civil war in the later 15th C or, if not and if the dual kingdom persists, slightly more resources into the late 15th / early 16th C – enough to tip the balance in the wars with the Hapsburgs?

No Tudors, perhaps.

Perhaps it would have given England the power to win a war in Scotland?

England have become a northern province of France.

If the Treaty of Troyes had stuck, I suspect Brittany and Burgundy would have continued as independent, England rules Normandy, much of Picardy and Guyenne. The other duchies of France could well become effectively independent – they were troublesome enough for the French monarchy through much of the 15th century.

A lot would depend on whether the Burgundians and English stayed on good terms, unlike in real life. This could have involved Burgundy reaching its height even earlier and establishing itself as a kingdom – Charles the Bold was close to achieving this before his death. He also had his eye on becoming Emperor – this would turn his attentions further east so having continuing good relations with the English would be to his advantage.
