Hi guys, what is the best methodology for applying static grass to 28mm figure bases with figure glued using a static grass applicator? Any advice is welcome. thanks, cheers!

I have the yellow plastic static grass applicator the size of a flask and use that for my figure bases with very good results: 1) Apply white glue to the figure base. 2) Fill bottle about halfway and shake it in various motions for about 20-30 seconds. 3) hold figure over a newspaper or large bowl and use other hand to hold bottle inverted and puff the grass onto the base. Once it's thoroughly covered the base I gently blow on the grass, hold the figure upside down and tap the bottom of the base gently. All done!

He appear to have a static grass applicator. We discussed this yesterday. Making tufts would look to be a better option. Use parchment paper taped to a cookie sheet or metal tray. Use white glue in whatever shape/size you want. Lightly sweep back and forth. Swap between grass colors as you choose. Let dry then peel off.

Hth,

John
