Yes, the last pic is a Pz.II … without it's turret MG, just the 20mm. But the Wespe uses it's chassis. As one can see from the pics.

If you read the linked blog you will understand why there is a photo of the Panzer II. You can hardly describe and discuss the Wespe without mentioning its lineage.

I didn't watch the video, too long. But I suppose the Wespe's major shortcoming was that it couldn't carry much ammo, so another one, without a gun, was used for that. I have to wonder at the comparative costs of building 2 Pz II chassis vs, say, one Pz III or IV (or III/IV) chassis.
