After getting dragged around in the Vault for forty years this little beauty finally gets its day in the sun. Part of my WW2 in Spats collection. link |

I think your spats idea for a collection is sheer genius…little short of insanity of course. But I do love seeing your collection grow, even though I have not personally made a model aircraft in many decades. Spanish Civil War is "off the beaten track" too. Did you ever find a Wildebeest? |

deadhead, Yes there are some available, but they are large and complex models, I am still recovering lost skills from years gone by so I'm going to wait a bit before I tackle one. A side distraction is that there are kits of civilian aircraft in 1/72 as well, some of them sport simple absurd landing gear arrangements with huge fairings and oversized spats…….this could be an endless rabbit-hole! |

I find things like this fascinating: this is one of the best biplane fighters there will ever be. |

Beautiful job, Anton. You reminded me I have two AviS Henschel's in my stack of aircraft I need to build.
The B-1 won't have spats though. The box top states "Only 1000 Pcs."? LOL |

King Cobra, A THOUSAND PIECES????? I'm a coward, I would swap that bad-boy for an Airfix kit and call it a day! |
