Hello everyone. I was wondering if any of you had communications/orders processed with Eureka Miniatures in Australia since Jan 2020 AND when it was (ballpark date). I'm looking for some of their Laughing Monk products, so neither the USA or UK branches can help. My email to mr. Robson remains unanswered. |

Is your name Eric? If so I received your e-mail on the 26th January and forwarded it to Laughing Monk the same day to reply to you, as he knows the answers, I don't.
I will write to him again today and chase him up.

26th January is Australia Day and a public holiday (think 4th of July). Also this time of year is summer vacation in Australia (think month of July). |

Prior to Eureka USA's assistance I ordered all of my AB figures from Eureka Australia and never had a problem. I still occasionally contact Nic regarding an item that appears in his newsletter and always receive a response.
Rob in USA will do the same. In the past I've asked about the availability of an item not yet showing up on the USA site. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised by his response. |
