Thanks! The Kurdish snipers would be a challenge to paint but very interesting figures if done well. They tend to favor carrying their weapons over one shoulder when on the march, much more so than other units.

Apparently, to become a Russian police cadet a women must be at least an "8" on the 1 to 10 rating scale of feminine beauty!
