I was wondering if anyone had been able to get in touch with Hasslefree Miniatures recently. I've sent a few emails over the last three weeks about an item missing from my order, and have gotten no response. Just wondering if anyone else had better luck.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for years regarding responsibility for some unpaid advertising, and they never respond to my emails. Very unprofessional.

I'm still waiting for an order I made in May last year. Same story – multiple attempts to contact them have not been answered. I did get a reply from one of the principles promising a response in 24 hours. In November. Very disappointing customer service.

I just got an order from them, all present and correct, which arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks. Even got a couple of packs of sweets in the package!
I live in the UK, so I guess that makes a big difference!

The inconsistency is what bugs me with them. I'm in Oz and a colleague here ordered during their Halloween sale and received his order with no problems. I've ordered in the past and it was all good. So why now? I know I'm not the only person in this position.

I ordered from them last year and got my stuff very quickly (I am also in the UK). I have never had anything other than very good service from Hasslefree, they have sent me extra figures as part of my order.

They do seem to suffer from the vagaries of unreliable email systems, a flooded premises last year and chronic illness, presumably exacerbated by current coronavirus restrictions (South Wales has been very badly affected).

They are a great company to deal with. I have had only good experiences. However, the pandemic has hit them pretty hard, and they are swamped. Email them, or maybe call them.

I've emailed them at the orders@… address from which order and shipping communications come, and the admin@… address they say on their website to contact them at. No response from any of those communications. If there is a third email address to use, I'm happy to try that one too.
