I've read something similar, it still doesn't tell you anything about the new series. As a fan, I wish they would do the first Cylon war, how it began the battles ect. In my humble opinion it would be really exciting and the writers would have tons of ideas to draw from. But I know that won't happen. |

This brings me back to the last episode of the last series. People complain about what a letdown the last episode of Game of Thrones. That's nothing like the disappointment I felt in the last episode of Battlestar. That was a total bummer. |

Not a confusion, if you consider the cycle of history forecast in the final episode. The Ceylon are there monitoring the growth of mankind. So use the timeline expanded many centuries. The next Ceylon war would not follow past wars. So a new story. Just get off the old names of characters like Appaloosa and Starbucks. |
