There are few firearms that have achieved such a status as the Desert Eagle and it is high time that FWS gives this 1980's hand cannon its own article because it has become a gun of the future due to its design and the ammo it fires. As Yoel said to me recently about the Desert Eagle legacy, he summed the weapon as such: "the first successful totally non-practical firearm."
